Downtown Tallahassee Transportation

Tallahassee’s Downtown is a great place to park the car and get out exploring on foot. Wide sidewalks, street trees , parks and plazas all make the Downtown experience truly walkable. To best experience the finer details that make the heart of our City great, walking is always the best option. For those who want to rest their legs or may be coming or going from Downtown there are some great options as well. Taking a tour of Downtown aboard one of the Capital City Pedicaps is a very relaxing way to take in the sights and sounds. These bicycle powered, open air cabs have become a local and visitor favorite for getting around Downtown. Also, on Friday and Saturday evenings you can ride the Rhythm Route trolley. The Rhythm takes riders throughout the many districts of Downtown including Collegetown, All Saints, G-Street, and Capitol Hill. This free service takes Downtown patrons through Downtown each Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 3am.
